Edge Biologicals Inc shall not be held liable for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from the misuse of its products. By purchasing these products, the customer acknowledges that:

• The products are labeled clearly as "For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures."
  
• Any use of these products outside of the stated "Research Use Only" designation is a violation of the terms of sale.
  
• The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for any use of the products in a manner inconsistent with the labeling or documentation.

The purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Edge Biologicals Inc, its officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the unauthorized or improper use of the products, including but not limited to use in diagnostic or clinical settings.
